We make it easy to customise your teamwear the way you want. With our easy-to-use kit builder, it's an easy step-by-step process to add the artwork that you need. See below for guidance on where artwork can be printed, along with the pricing for each type of application.
We offer high-quality embroidery for badges plus high-quality printing for sponsor logos, badges, names, initials and numbers. Below is a guide to FA-approved placement areas for sponsors and badges.

Available in multiple colourways. Different designs are available for embroidery.
Sizes: 9.5" (back) & 2" (front)
Names and initials are 1.25" and available in multiple standard colours. Standard fonts that we provide include Arial, Raleigh, Comic Sans, & Century Schoolbook.
Artwork
Provide high-quality PDF, JPEG, PNG, EPS, AI, PSD files for best results. Low-quality images (e.g. scans, photos or screen shots) may not print clearly. If no suitable artwork is supplied, a £15 setup fee applies.
Max Print Sizes:
- Front of tops: up to 200cm² (32 in²)
- Back of shirts: up to 100cm² (16 in²)
- Back of training wear: up to 200cm² (32 in²)
- Shorts: up to 100cm² (16 in²)

Printing & Customisation FAQs
How do I add customisation to my football kit?
The easiest way is to use our online kit builder. You can select your kit, add sponsor artwork, upload or select your club badge, choose printing options and add names, numbers or initials where required. The kit builder allows you to preview your customisation as you work through the ordering process.
Can I use artwork that Pendle has already saved for my club?
Yes. If you have an existing Pendle account and your artwork has previously been saved, you can use saved artwork within the online kit builder. This can make ordering repeat club kits much quicker and easier.
Can you print complicated or multi-colour sponsor logos?
Yes. Pendle can print two-colour and more complicated sponsor designs, subject to reviewing the supplied artwork. The final print options may depend on the design, garment and available print area.
Can I see a sample before ordering customised football kits?
Yes, you can request garment samples to check sizing and colour before placing your order. Samples are supplied without customisation, so they are intended to help you choose the correct garment, size and colour rather than approve the finished printing.
